A man with face tattoos is wanted after two people were sprayed with acid, Metro reported.

Jameel Muhktar, 37,  and Resham Khan, 21,  were left with ‘life changing’ injuries on Wednesday as the pair were celebrating Resham’s 21st birthday.

Resham and Jameel had stopped at traffic lights when they were approached by John Tomlin, 24,  who threw the toxic substance at Resham through the window.

Both were taken to the hospital with terrible burns. Jameel was put into an induced coma after the attack and remains in a serious condition.

The police considers that a hate crime.
