Since my personnel policy has been one of the most discussed topics since 2018, I want to make some observations on the occasion of the latest appointments, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Telegram.

"People appointed to high positions or nominated to such positions during the month of November represent two groups: they either are members of the People's Non-Violent Velvet Revolution of 2018 team who have passed through the electoral filter, earned the people's trust and effectively realized that trust, or were already involved in the public administration system at the time of the People's Non-Violent Velvet Revolution of 2018, after the revolution received a greater opportunity to realize their potential, effectively realized that opportunity, showed the necessary solidarity toward the ideology of the ruling majority,  and became part of the governing team based on the system of values of the People's Non-Violent Velvet Revolution of 2018, Real Armenia, statehood, sovereignty and independence.

I cannot say that other methods will not be applied in the near future, but the above-described methods will become the pillars of personnel policy," the Armenian PM added.
