YEREVAN. – The Armenian and Norwegian MFAs on Tuesday held political consultations in Armenia’s capital Yerevan.

Recording the political dialogue’s stable dynamics in the most recent periods, the parties discussed a wide array of Armenian-Norwegian relations. They examined the avenues for stimulating economic collaboration, and making cultural and educational exchanges become more active between both countries. They also reflected on the Norway-assisted programs being implemented in Armenia, MFA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Upon the request of the Norwegian side, the Armenian side presented Armenia’s relations with the European Union, and the positive developments recorded in this connection. They also looked into the possibilities of collaboration within international organizations.   

In addition, the parties exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict’s settlement process, Armenia’s relations with its neighbors, and the urgent matters that are on the international agenda.
