YEREVAN.- Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan received on Thursday Damtew Dessalegne, Representative of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

During the meeting the sides stressed importance of refugees’ rights protection. Arthur Baghdasaryan underscored necessity of economic, social and cultural integration of the refugees.

In his turn Damtew Dessalegne presented the main directions of work of the UNHCR office in Armenia.

Arthur Baghdasaryan and Damtew Dessalegne also touched upon a wide range of international and regional problems.
