At 12:15 p.m. on Friday, a 43-year-old resident of the village of Hatsi, Igor Abrahamyan, applied to the Martuni district police department.
He said that during the agricultural works on a Belarus tractor in the field, small arms fire was opened in his direction from an Azerbaijani combat position, according to a message spread on the Facebook page of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Due to the violation of the ceasefire, the work is suspended. The tractor was damaged. There are no civilian casualties.
The Martuni district police department is in charge of the inspection. Materials are being prepared for presentation to Russian peacekeepers," the report says.
Azerbaijani armed forces violate the ceasefire regime almost every day, often shelling civilians.
