Trial of the proprietor of Armenia’s Akhtala Mine Enrichment Plant, Metal Prince Company, and American-Armenian businessman Serop Der-Boghossian, 70, who is charged with child molestation, was adjourned on Monday at Lori Region’s Court of First Instance.

In this court session, Der-Boghossian’s legal defenders Tigran Safaryan and Givi Hovhannisyan were to present their case, but they informed of not being ready to present the case. So, the court adjourned until November 14. 

During the court session on October 28, the prosecution had motioned that Serop Der-Boghossian be sentenced to 15 years in prison.
