Marc Perrin de Brichambaut,OSCE Secretary General stated that Armenia and Azerbaijan should make certain concessions to settle Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“I suppose that today and tomorrow’s meetings of Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev are crucial stage in Karabakh peace process,” Brichambaut stated in Baku July 17 at closing press conference.

The negotiations of two counterparts will take place in Moscow, in the framework of non-official meeting at the Russian President Horse Race Cup. Tomorrow the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev will join the negotiators. The Secretary General emphasized the significance of the statement of the Russian, French, US Presidents, OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs at the recent G8 summit in Italian L’Aquila, that according to him “evidences the significance of the solution to this problem.”
