YEREVAN.- Republican Party MP Arpine Hovhannisyan dismissed rumors about her possible appointment to the post of the chief of the parliament staff.

She told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the reports are untrue.

Hraparak daily reported on Friday about forthcoming reshuffle in the National Assembly staff.

“Rumor has it that Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan plans to appoint MP from the Republican Party of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan the head of the parliament staff. She previously held the post of a legal issues advisor to Speaker Abrahamyan,” the daily wrote.
