YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry received a call, on Friday at 5:35pm, informing that a reinforced concrete construction building block is hanging from the rooftop of a building in Gyumri city of Shirak Region, and that rescuers were needed, the Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

A Regional Rescue Department rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

As a result, the rescuers disassembled and brought down construction building block, which was 2 meters long, 25 centimeters wide, and weighed about 300 kilograms.
