NKR Defense Minister, commander of the Defense Army Movses Hakobyan and head of the NKR Rescue Service Arthur Harutunyan delivered corresponding reports on the issue, Central Information Department at NKR President Office informed NEWS.am.

The President noted the importance of due approach and close cooperation between all concerned branches for the proper implementation of goals.
