In Stepanakert, on August 18, NKR Government passed a bill presented by NKR Ministry of Science and Education on set up of state preschool educational establishments in the Republic. It was agreed to raise the number of state-owned kindergartens in Stepanakert, Martakert and Arachadzor from 21 to 24.

NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan informed that old kindergartens are being restored and new ones will be constructed. “The Government allocates sufficient funds to guarantee well-being of future generations.”
