STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Friday received the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan.
Foreign policy and respective cooperation between the two Armenian states were discussed during the meeting, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am
Artsakh Minister of Foreign Affairs Karen Mirzoyan also attended this talk.
