YEREVAN. – Minister Armen Yeritsyan chaired Monday’s regular weekly meeting at the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Armenia.
Reflecting on the explosion—and ensuing fire—that occurred on November 12 at a gasoline station in capital city Yerevan, the minister instructed the head of the MES State Fire and Technical Safety Inspectorate to conduct inspections at all gasoline and compressed gas filling stations in Yerevan, and upon discovering infractions, to immediately prepare a report on the termination of the services of the given station.
Yeritsyan instructed to conduct such inspections also in the provinces of Armenia.
