The Board of Trustees of the Center for Strategic Initiatives has approved the Center’s vision for achieving quick and game-changing wins in key economic and governance areas at the working session of the Board during the visit to Moscow of Karen Karapetyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia.

The Members of the Board of Trustees of the Center for Strategic Initiatives agreed to join their efforts together around the presented vision, the Center informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

‘Quick wins’ are gainful target programs that do not require significant financial and systemic changes and can be accomplished within short deadlines, but which will result in tangible positive shifts for citizens in the priority areas of the Center, namely public administration, tax and customs administration, IT and high technologies, agriculture and processing, education, tourism. The Center will soon present its strategy based on the ‘quick wins’ vision. 

In parallel, the Center is working on essential long-term strategic reform programs that will create a solid basis for the sustainable and dynamic development of Armenia.

The Board of Trustees of the Center for Strategic Initiatives comprises representatives from both state and non-state sectors.

The non-governmental segment of the Board of Trustees comprises business and public sector representatives, whose activities are directed towards Armenia, but the scope/geography of their activities fall far beyond Armenian borders, ranging from Armenia to the United States of America and Argentina and from Russia to the United Kingdom.
