YEREVAN. - Deputy FM of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan named the statement of the Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov cacophony.
“By blowing into a clarinet from the opposite end one will get not music but the cacophony, which the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister stated,” Kocharyan wrote on his Twitter page, referring to the statement on the Karabakh conflict settlement made by Mammadyarov on Tuesday.
