As a result of the monitoring conducted by WWF-Armenia and Zangezur Biosphere Complex, the camera recorded a Caucasian leopard, which is most probably one of the cubs of leopard Yeva recorded previously by WWF.

The organization published the photo of the cub on its Facebook page, noting that this is the first time a cub has been recorded in Armenia, this proving the great work carried out through the efforts of the Nature Protection Ministry of Armenia, staff of protected areas and international organizations in southern Armenia.
