The 65-year-old man who died in Armenia from the novel coronavirus on Monday is from Tairov village of Armavir Province. Tairov Mayor Davit Minasyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the deceased's wife is also infected with COVID-19.

"The woman's condition is already good," he added. "They had to do another test because the 14 days [of the quarantine] are ending."

Minasyan noted that the family members were isolated outside of the village.
