YEREVAN. - Abraham A., 37, got apprehended by Arabkir police department officers on Tuesday.
It turned out that on May 7 the man snatched away Vertu cell phone from 12-year-old Erik M. and fled, police press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Preliminary investigation was launched.
