YEREVAN. – The Investigative Committee of Armenia is taking measures to solve the murder of a 32-year-old resident of Vanadzor city, the Investigative Committee informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The report on the transfer of this resident's dead body—with a stab wound—to the Vanadzor Medical Center was received at 12:30am on Tuesday.

Criminal proceedings have been launched into this incident.

And it has been found out that the murder suspect is a 31-year-old resident of Vanadzor.

According to preliminary data, at around 10:45pm on Monday, an argument over personal matters took place between these two people at the courtyard of a Vanadzor building, during which the 31-year-old man stabbed the 32-year-old man in the left shoulder blade and fled the scene.

A forensic medical examination of the body has been ordered.

The murder investigation is continuing.

Measures are being taken to find the suspect, as well as the murder tool.
