YEREVAN. - In 1994, the Government of Armenia founded an eight-year school in Mozrov village of Vayots Dzor Region, and the school had more than forty students in its early years. Today, however, the school has only two students: Erik (1st grade) and Myasnik (3rd grade) Avetisyan, Yerkir daily writes. 

In an interview with the paper, the school’s principal, Aram Melkonyan, informed that another student is expected in the 2013-2014 school year.

“The number reduced over the years,” Melkonyan said, but adding that the village does have the specialists of all subjects, and they would work when necessary. The school’s student, Myasnik, told the paper’s correspondent that his only wish is for a computer to be donated to the school, so “we, too, could connect to the world,” Yerkir writes.
