YEREVAN. – Armenian MP, ARF member Lilit Galstyan does not believe Serzh Sargsyan’s announcements about creating a society the center of which is the individual and the revelation of his abilities.

“I do not believe as during the last four years we have heard many statements from Armenia’s highest political tribune and those statements have nothing to do with reality. Unfortunately Armenia is living in two realities for a long time, we all see and understand the reality but continue to lie to each other and prefer to talk about the truth in hallways and at the dinners,” Lilit Galstyan said during her speech in the parliament.

The Government plan for 2008-2012 had a duty of making Armenia a regional culture center of the EU. But in reality like in previous years the culture sphere is not included in the 2012 budget priority list, she added. The science sphere is also neglected.

We live in a reality of two truths and the government is not able to create a society the center of which is the individual with his abilities.
