YEREVAN. - Against women violence coalition is seriously concerned about the soap-operas on Armenian TV channels.

“Taking into account the fact at soap-operas on TV channels have wide audience, moreover, many of the followers try to resemble some heroes it is a high time to speak on their content and empty ideology.

Soap-operas are currently full of violence. They depict women whose rights are violated,” the message reads.

Thus, the coalition calls on TV channels and responsible bodies to seriously consider the issue
