After nearly two years of planning and negotiations, Bedian International has secured the rights to develop the Yerevan Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center in Armenia, reported Gary Bedian, founder and President of Bedian International.

“We feel this is the best time to develop such a project as we expect the economy to be in full recovery two to three years from now just as we bring the hotel and conference center on-line” said Bedian.

He also reported that agreements with Chinese construction companies have been reached.

Martin Sargsyan, Chairman of the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry also pointed out that “the project will create over 200 permanent positions with an additional 50-60 part time employment positions not to mention hundreds of construction and related jobs during the development period.”

Room rates are expected to be in the $150-200 range during peak season and $120-150 range during off-peak season making it a real value destination for both the business traveler and leisure traveler.

The project will consist of a 202 room hotel with 40 suites designed for extended stay which will include such amenities as kitchens and connecting rooms for families with children, 150 seat restaurant, large banquet hall and meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor pool, gym facilities, spa, free Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art conference facilities and exhibit center of approximately 3,500 square meters. The Conference Center is a joint project with the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
