YEREVAN. - Armenian oppositional Heritage party congratulated the Armenian Amy on its 20th anniversary.

It is stated in the congratulation message that 20 years ago the Armenian Army was formed during a time of war and difficulties. Today the Armenian army is one of the strongest in the region.

“It is important to mention that year by year the violations decrease in our army. But that still does not give reason to put one’s mind at peace. If an Armenian soldier still acquires health issues or what is still worse dies in the army than the government and the public must keep the problems of the army in the center of their attention and must punish those who are responsible,” the message read.

The party congratulated all Armenians on the 20th anniversary of the national army and wished strength and peace.
