VANADZOR. – Head of Armenia’s Vanadzor city property management and revenue collection department Victor Darbinyan offered to pay AMD 60 ($0.15) for using each electricity voltage column at city hall’s council session. The issue was approved at the Council unanimously.

Money allocated will be included in the city budget and will make AMD 500,000 ($1,300) annual, Darbinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Besides, a Council member Samvel Diloyan claims that the city budget distributes money each year to repair the electricity voltage columns, whereas no one makes any contribution in using them.
