DILIJAN. – A resident of Armenian Dilijan city applied to the police informing that several teenage boys, who raped her 10-year-old granddaughter five years ago, were revealed. Head of Dilijan’s police department Robert Alikhanyan confirmed this information to the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Armenian News-NEWS.am managed to discover additional details concerning this incident. As it came out, currently the teenager goes to a boarding school. Recently when the parents took the child home, the girl seeing some boys began to hit them with stones. The grandmother asked what the reason of the girl’s aggressive behavior was and the teenager told that those boys raped her 5 years ago. The rape occurred while she was still at home. After that the grandmother reported to the police.

No criminal case has been launched yet, forensic expertise was assigned.
