Famous Turkish lawyer, owner of Belge Publishing House Ragip Zarakolu, who is arrested within the KCK (Union of Communities in Kurdistan) case has turned to the European Court.
Zarakolu who has been in custody for already 120 days, turned to the European Court of Human Rights through his lawyers accusing Turkish law enforcement agents and court officials of their illegal actions, Firat Agency reports. In his lawsuit he stated that texts for his accusation as well as explanations are not provided allegedly not to break confidentiality.
To note, Belge publishing house has published many books on the Armenian Genocide, besides Zarakolu visited Armenia last February.
