ARTASHAT. - No criminal case will be instigated for Arman H., 25, having committed a suicide by hanging himself on Wednesday in Armenia's Artashat city.
He suffered light level of mental illness, investigator Edik Sargsyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. The agency succeeded in finding out that a week earlier Arman celebrated his anniversary, he worked as an apricot collector. He had never attempted to commit a suicide before.
