During the water-pipeline construction, the sloughing of bedding sand ditch occurred in Baku.
As a result of the accident three plumbers remained under 8-10 meter obstruction. The rescuers retrieved three bodies from the ruins. Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency situations informed, that cause of the obstruction was non-observance of technical regulations during the trenching.
