March 14, Israeli government endorsed the construction project on isolation with Egypt to have the illegal immigration rate from African states through a neighboring country cut.

According to ISRA.com, put up of wall is estimated at $358 million.

A fence on a border line will be erected, equipped with various electronic detection and alarm systems.

The project is due by 2014 and Israel hopes for reduction of illegal immigration by 90%.

By the end of this July, Defense Ministry should complete design works and launch initial stage of the project.
