NKR conflict settlement talks to have RF President Medvedev participating keep going, said Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan Ankara negotiations resulting joint press conference.

According to Putin, Russian President makes every effort, permanently meeting with leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and seeking to direct the conflict settlement process to positive track. “Russia is not interested in conflicts in Caucasian region, as any conflict might hinder positive development of Russia’s relations with the very country in the region,” Prime Minister stated.

He underlined that Russian policy is unchanged and Moscow does not intend to replace the conflicting parties. We can only be the guarantor of the process and these agreements. Turkey and Russia also assist the settlement of Cyprus issue and hereinafter will develop economic relations with both countries (Turkey and Greece).
