Heroine mother Kristina from Gegharkuniq marz gave birth to her tenth baby at the age of 30. Mother of ten children got married in 1995, prior to finishing the school, having her first baby in 1996. As she says, she did not expect things to happen this way.

It is worth mentioning the parents of ten children are currently unemployed and are on 82 000 AMD welfare, huddling in a one bedroom apartment.

But when fall comes, the state worsens. Five of ten kids go to school and need writing implements, school uniform and the like. “We borrow this stuff, then repay by installments,” Kristina says.

In response to the question, whether she plans to have more kids, Kristina replied that most likely not, as the couple cannot maintain their huge family.
