On August 17, 2009 four Russian tourists missed while diving in Marsa El Alam region, Egypt. After receiving the distress signal from Bohemia yacht at 10a.m, all the ocean-going launches in around the accident site and a helicopter of Egyptian Rescue Services joined search operations.

The searching was suspended after dark, however will resume next day, August 18.

According to Russian mass media, 23 Russian tourists and 2 diver-instructors were aboard “Bohemia”. After diving only 19 tourists returned aboard, that are presently safe and sound.
