YEREVAN. – Privatization in Armenia needs to be made through the stock exchange, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated at Thursday’s Cabinet session.
Accordingly, he instructed the State Property Management Department to study the list of the privatization of state-run companies within two weeks, and to develop proposals with respect to their open and transparent privatization.
“Thus, we will enhance the culture of privatization and stock exchange transactions, alike,” added the PM.
