YEREVAN. – Forbes&Manhattan, a Canadian management company, looks for industrial ventures in Armenia and Russia, Mr. Indivar Pathak, Advisor to the chairman of the company, told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

The company invests both in greenfield and brownfield projects, aiming to bring them to IPO or to a strategic partnership with a major company. The company provides both financial and operational management. Within the CIS, the company has been active in Ukraine.

”Now we are seeking for whatever that holds promise in Armenia or Russia, and we are very open to proposals. We have invested around $200 million in Ukraine, but we are also open to engaging with smaller projects, in the order of 5 to 10 million”, and bringing them upscale, he said.
