At least 20 civilians were killed as a result of airstrikes in the capital of Afghanistan's southern province of Helmand, Pajhwok reported on Saturday quoting the head of municipal council.
According to some information, airstrikes were carried out by foreign air forces. Details aren't given yet, RIA Novosti reported.
