At least four people were killed when a small plane crashed in Harrisburg, Oregon, FoxNews reported.
The Register-Guard newspaper reports the plane was approaching the Eugene Airport when it crashed about 16 kilometers north of the airport.
As the locals noted, the conditions were very windy. However, investigators are not yet sure what role the high winds played in the crash, if any.
