YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited on Saturday offices of Armenia’s Public Radio and RFE/RL on the occasion of the Radio Day.
He toured the buildings and met with radio stations’ employees to discuss their work and problems they face, government’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Premier Sargsyan also participated in a program on Public Radio.
He stressed that Public Radio underwent changes over the recent years. Sargsyan noted there is more criticism and problems radio listeners are concerned about.
May 7 marks 85 anniversary of Armenian Public Radio and 60 – of RFE/RL.
