The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has denied rumors of an accident on its offshore platforms.
SOCAR said the video of a Caspian Sea explosion, which was disseminated on social media and the media, was linked to the "eruption of a mud volcano," TASS reported.
