YEREVAN. – It is accepted rule to control the environment of schools by police. Armenia faces the contrary. Parents make traffic jams near schools when taking their children after classes.

When Armenian wealthy parents take their children after classes they hinder the traffic. Road police does nothing to solve the situation. The video shows the chaotic situation in front of the school after Pushkin on Moskovyan Street in Yerevan. No police cars are seen in the video. Road police representative called a press conference the previous day and assured that the traffic will be normal.
