YEREVAN. – There is no likelihood of resuming the Karabakh war, Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan stated during a press conference on Friday.
In his words, the Russian policy is geared toward maintaining status quo in the region, excluding military operations, and continuing the peace talks. “American and European efforts likewise pursue that objective, and that is why there will be no war,” the political scientist argued.
