YEREVAN. – The upcoming rally of oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) on September 23 will be crucial in terms of clarification of ANC’s future strategy, said the ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan on Monday.

“In September we will summarize the work carried out by the authorities in the time provided. It will be our turn to make a step and the people should gather to make the decisions. Given the inability of authorities to soberly asses the current realities and accept the program of peaceful democratization suggested by the popular opposition, people would have to speak on a language understandable for them. There is little time left for waking up and working towards smooth change of the political system of Armenia,” said Zurabyan.

Summing up he called on ruling leadership to make a noble gift to the people and resign on the occasion of the Independence Day.
