YEREVAN. – State Interests’ Protection Agency of Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office instigated criminal case against Stoks LLC director for using large amount of money for personal needs.

The company received $360,000 deposit out of $1,613,531 for reconstruction of the water pipes, press service of Prosecutor’s Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to the case, the company presented a check for only $137,580 while the rest of money the director used for personal needs.

Criminal case is instigated.
