YEREVAN. – Talks on Armenia-EU Association agreement and process management on integrated borders registered progress, head of the European Commission Development and Cooperation - Europe Aid, Andrea Fontana said at the meeting with the head of Armenian National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan.

Fontana said that financial aid grant for Armenia for the next two years is in progress within the frameworks of EU National indicative, Council’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Baghdasaryan estimated effectively the current process of developing relations between Armenia-EU as a head of coordinating intergovernmental cooperation between European structures and Armenian state bodies.  Armenia-EU 2009-2011 project on European neighborhood policy is almost over, and a new 2012-2014 project is to be elaborated. This document should be in accordance with the strategy promoting improvements in Armenia implemented within Eastern Partnership.
