YEREVAN. - Improvement of educational system has been among the priorities of Armenia’s development programs for 20 years, said Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan at the opening of ‘‘Education, Science and Economy in Universities: Integration into International Educational Space’’ conference held in Yerevan State University on Monday.

According to the PM, the Government works at its best to provide equal opportunities for public and private institutions.

‘‘We shall have a qualified and competitive educational system by 2020. Along with this, we hope to become a worthy partner for European educational system. I’m sure that this conference will open new viewpoints on the different issues, demands and development of the sphere,’’ said Sargsyan.
