GYUMRI. – Gyumri branch of Armenian State Pedagogic University started the new academic year with changes. To cover the gap of stationery students permitted by the Ministry of Education, distant students with high progress were given a chance to continue education in stationary department. Administration of distance department believes that married girls and boys returned from the army can fill the gap.

Students are enthusiastic for the change. However, the tuition fee is higher in the stationary department. Nonetheless, 20 students have already taken the opportunity.

Number of the applicants in Gyumri branch of Armenian State Pedagogic University has reduced for 10 times.
