YEREVAN. – During the Top Ten Award presentation held in the Ukrainian capital Kiev in June, Armenian Ministry of Economy’s National Institute of Standards, as well as the P. Abajyan Company and Hayasi Group received awards for the best quality-management system, JIC company’s representative Jahandir Asad stated during a press conference on Wednesday. This award presentation is jointly organized by the British JIC and Canadian Top Ten companies.
In Asad’s words, the Top Ten Award contest is held among representatives of 135 countries, and the Armenian companies’ success encouraged JIC to hold the next award presentation in Armenia’s capital Yerevan.
Armenia’s P. Abajyan Company certifies and tests building materials, whereas Hayasi Group produces alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
According to director Yenok Azaryan of the National Institute of Standards, the Top Ten Award Certificate is recognized all over the world and it allows its recipients to conduct activities in other countries.
