YEREVAN. – The International Theoretical and Practical Conference on Contemporary Problems and Prospects of Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts in State and Private Systems started on Tuesday in Armenia’s Tsaghkadzor city.  The event is organized by the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement (JACE) Service of Armenia.

Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan and Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan attended the conference, Government Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

In his address, Sargsyan noted: “It is interesting for us to study the international track record, specifically introduction of the institute of private bailiffs.” 

He also informed that an electronic mechanism is installed in Armenia’s JACE system to hold auctions. “We believe installation of this method makes JACE activities more transparent, and this also raises our citizens’ confidence toward it,” Sargsyan stated.        

Armenian PM also expressed a hope this Conference would enable to find solutions contributing to exposing new tools and legislative mechanisms for raising the effectiveness of JACE’s activities.

The event has brought together JACE service representatives from Armenia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Israel, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Sweden, Ukraine, and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
