YEREVAN. – Delegation of Yerevan city hall got acquainted with the management model of Montreal city and the formation of investment atmosphere during the visit to Canada

The delegation was invited by Montreal city hall and Montreal office of public consultation (OCPM).

The delegation met Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay, Yerevan city hall press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.  Armenian Apostolic church leader of Canada Bishop Bagrat Galstyan was also present at the meeting. Montreal Mayor paid importance to the necessity of expanding relations between the two cities and the essential role of the Armenian Church in economic and cultural spheres of the city.

The sides discussed possibilities of bilateral collaboration as well as issues relating to 31st conference on Francophone Mayors to be held in November 24-27 in Yerevan. Head of the delegation presented the structure of Yerevan city hall, operation strategy and projects of investment possibilities. Canadian side presented Montreal management model and experience in forming investment atmosphere.
