YEREVAN. – The arrangements, which were reached during Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian’s visit paid to India past year, are being implemented. This was noted during Tuesday’s meeting, in Armenia’s capital Yerevan, between Nalbandian and Sanjay Singh, Secretary (East) of India’s Ministry of External Affairs.
Edward Nalbandian appreciated the recent and apparent liveliness in Armenian-Indian relations, MFA Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In his turn, Sanjay Singh stressed India holds particular warmth toward Armenia and the Armenian people, and the country’s authorities aim to enlarge the friendly partnership and cooperation with Armenia.
Nalbandian and Singh discussed results of Monday’s session of the Armenian-Indian Inter-Governmental Committee on Economic Cooperation and of Tuesday’s consultations between MFAs of the two countries.
The parties also reflected on expanding bilateral cooperation and on the steps to be taken to that end.
